Baked oatmeal that is easy to bring around

Recipe Ingredients for Baked oatmeal

1.5 cup Steel Cut Oats Hot Cereal
0.5 cup, unpacked Sugars, Brown
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 dash Salt, Table
0.75 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
1 large Egg, Whole
1.5 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 cup, chopped Cranberries

Recipe Directions for Baked oatmeal

  1. Mix butter, vanilla, egg and milk

  2. Mix the rest of the ingredients except cranberries in a separate bowl.

  3. Combine both mixtures and add cranberries

  4. Preheat oven to 350 F

  5. Bake for 40 min
