Makes 8 servings



Healthy Baked Oatmeal with blackberries. I used honey instead of sugar and unsweetened apple sauce instead of butter. You may need more honey so add accordingly.

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Oatmeal

3 cups rolled oats
3 tablespoons honey
3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup Lactose-Free Skim Milk
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 egg
1 egg white
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup blackberries

Recipe Directions for Baked Oatmeal

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Wash the blackberries and set aside. Combine all dry ingredients in one bowl and all wet ingredients in another. Then mix the wet ingredients with the dry.

  3. Put the blackberries in a single on a 9" x 11" baking dish and top with combined ingredients. Bake for 40 minutes
