Crumbly, drier oatmeal than making it on the stove.

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Oatmeal

2 1/4 cups old fashioned oats
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons butter
1 egg
1 egg white
1 tablespoons cinnamon
1 tablespoon baking powder
3/4 cup milk

Recipe Directions for Baked Oatmeal

Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients and add to dry. Put in 8x8 glass pan. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes.
