Recipe Ingredients for Baked Oatmeal

6 T. butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 cup skim milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 cups quick oats
2 tsp. baking powder

Recipe Directions for Baked Oatmeal

Melt the butter in a medium bowl. Add the brown sugar and milk to cool the butter, then stir in the eggs and vanilla. Add the quick oats and baking powder. Pour the mixture into a 9x9 baking dish. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes.
