Recipe Ingredients for Baked Oatmeal

1/2 cup oil
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup applesauce
4 1/4 cups oatmeal
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup milk

Recipe Directions for Baked Oatmeal

Mix oil, sugar, eggs, and applesauce. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into well-greased 9"x9" pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until nicely browned. When cool, cut into bars about 4 1/2" x 1 1/2".
