Recipe Ingredients for Baked Oatmeal

2 2/3 cups old fashioned oats (not instant)
1/2 cup raisins
4 cups milk, 2%
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, melted
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup craisins

Recipe Directions for Baked Oatmeal

  1. Heat oven to 350.

  2. Mix everything together and pour into a 9 x 13 pan coated with cooking spray.

  3. Bake uncovered 40 - 45 minutes or until most of the liquid is absorbed.

  4. Serve with additional milk if desired.
