Chris' Mom's Baked Oatmeal Recipe May 29, 2007

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Oatmeal

3/4 cups oil
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 1/2 cups rolled oats
3/4 tbsp baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups milk

Recipe Directions for Baked Oatmeal

  1. Mix oil, sugar and eggs together. Next add oatmeal, baking powder, salt, and milk.

  2. Bake @ 350 for 45 min. in a 8x8 greased pan.

  3. (Double ingredients for 9x13 pan and increase baking time to 1 hr)
