A healthy, make ahead oatmeal. Can be cut into slices and served with milk.

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Oatmeal

3 cups instant oatmeal
1 cup fat free milk
2 eggs
2 cups blueberries
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder

Recipe Directions for Baked Oatmeal

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together and set aside.

  2. Mix milk, eggs, and vanilla.

  3. Add the dry ingredients and mix well.

  4. Fold blueberries into batter and pour into a greased 9x9 pan.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
