Baked Oatmeal Recipe

Makes 9 servings



Quick and easy breakfast dish. Can make the night before and put in oven on timer so breakfast is ready to go when you get up!

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Oatmeal

1/2 cup margarine
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup skim milk
2 1/2 cup oatmeal
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Baked Oatmeal

  1. melt margarine.

  2. stir in sugar.

  3. Add eggs, stirring after each.

  4. Add milk.

  5. Stir.

  6. Add oatmeal, baking powder and salt.

  7. Mix well.

  8. Pour into 9 X 9 dish sprayed with Pam.

  9. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.

  10. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 35-45 minutes.

  11. Top will have light brown edge when done.
