Recipe Ingredients for Baked Oatmeal

3 cups oatmeal
2 cups milk
1/3 cup olive oil
2 eggs
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon cloves
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for Baked Oatmeal

Beat brown sugar in oil. Add eggs and mix thoroughly. Add oatmeal, spices and salt. Pour in two cups milk and let sit for half an hour. Use remainder of milk to make batter the consistency of runny cake batter. Note: not all milk may be used. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until center is set.
