Yummy oatmeal baked in a casserole dish. So easy and so delicious.

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Oatmeal

4 1/2 cups quick oats
1 cup sugar
3 tsp. cinnamon
3 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cup milk
3 eggs
3/4 c. canola oil
3 tsp. vanilla

Recipe Directions for Baked Oatmeal

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. In a large bowl, mix oats, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Beat in milk, eggs, oil, and vanilla. Spread in 9 X13 dish.

  3. Bake 30-40 min.
