Recipe Ingredients for baked oatmeal

3 cups rolled oats
1 cup brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup melted butter
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 apple

Recipe Directions for baked oatmeal

Mix all ingredients the night before and in the morning bake at 350 for 40 minutes
