Recipe Ingredients for Baked Oatmeal

3 c. quick oats
1/2 c. butter, melted
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 t. salt
2 t. baking powder
1 t. cinnamon
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk

Recipe Directions for Baked Oatmeal

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Place in a greased 8" square baking dish.

  3. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
