Quick breakfast meal. Can be frozen.

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Oatmeal

1/2 c. olive oil
2/3 c. Splenda
2 eggs
3 c. Quaker oats
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. 1% milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder

Recipe Directions for Baked Oatmeal

  1. Whisk oil, Splenda, and eggs.

  2. Add cinnamon, baking powder, salt, vanilla, and whisk again. Add oatmeal then milk and mix.

  3. Spray 9 x 9 cooking pan with non-stick spray.

  4. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
