The best baked oatmeal I have ever eaten. You can add whatever fruit or nuts you want in place of those listed below enjoy

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Oatmeal

2 c. oatmeal
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. apple, chopped
1/2 c. applesauce, unsweetened
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped

Recipe Directions for Baked Oatmeal

  1. Mix altogether

  2. Pour into prepared 9" pie pan

  3. Bake 325 for 40-45 minutes
