Peanut Butter and Eggs baked in Oatmeal

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Oatmeal

2 cups oats, uncooked
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 eggs
2 cups Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze
1 cup Water
4 tablespoons Adam's Chunky Peanut Butter

Recipe Directions for Baked Oatmeal

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Coat an 8x8 inch dish with cooking spray.

  3. In a large bowl, combine old-fashioned oats and cinnamon.

  4. In a medium bowl, beat eggs and add almond breeze, water, and peanut butter.

  5. Add to the oats and pour mixture into baking dish.

  6. Bake for 20 minutes.
