Recipe Ingredients for Baked Oatmeal

2 cups oats
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup applesauce
3 egg whites
1/4 cup quinoa
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon sugar

Recipe Directions for Baked Oatmeal

Combine all ingredients. Let stand for 5 minutes. Spay 8 in. baking dish with cooking spray. Pour batter into dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
