Baked oatmeal for breakfast - serve warm with milk.

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Oatmeal

1/2 cup Margarine Melted
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
3 cups oatmeal
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup 2% milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe Directions for Baked Oatmeal

  1. Combine all ingredients.

  2. Bake in 9x13 sprayed pan at 350 for 1/2 hour.
