This meal is for breakfast. My favorite breakfast!

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Oatmeal

2 1/2 cups quick oats
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking powder
1 Fuji apple, diced
1/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup oil
1 1/2 cup 2% milk
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp walnuts, chopped

Recipe Directions for Baked Oatmeal

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees C.

  2. Combine all ingrediens together and mix them.

  3. Put the mixture in a greased bowl.

  4. Bake in the oven on the second rack for 25 minutes.
