Warm ooey gooey oatmeal for a chilly day. Or a hot one. Consistency is thicker than regular oatmeal, but not like a cookie or oatmeal bar.

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Oatmeal

2 cups steel cut oats
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup strawberries
4 tablespoons brummel and brown
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup lite syrup

Recipe Directions for Baked Oatmeal

Mix all ingredients. Add to a well greased 9X13 pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes
