Recipe Ingredients for Baked Oatmeal Pt. 2

1 3/4 cups quick oats
1 granny smith apple
113 g .5 cup No Sugar Added Apple Sauce
1 cup blueberries
2 tbls Blue Menu Just Almonds Almond Butter Smooth
1 cup Pure Almond Original
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
6 tbls sugar free syrup
4 tbls slivered almonds
1 egg white

Combine in 8x8 pan and cook at 350 for 20-30 min.
