Recipe Ingredients for Baked Oatmeal (lite)

3 cups oatmeal
1/3 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 cup skim milk
1 egg
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup raisins
1/3 cup dried cranberries

Recipe Directions for Baked Oatmeal (lite)

Mix all ingredients and bake in a greased 9 x9 pan. 350F for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown on top. SErve with milk as your would atmeal. This is great left over and reheated. Double the recipe for a 9 x 13 pan.
