Recipe Ingredients for Baked Oatmeal Goodies

1/2 c unsweetened applesauce
1 c egg whites
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
3 c dry oatmeal
1 c lowfat milk
1/4 c Splenda

Recipe Directions for Baked Oatmeal Goodies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

  2. Spray 9x9 cooking pan with non-stick spray. Whisk applesauce and eggs.

  3. Add cinnamon, baking powder, salt and vanilla. Whisk again.

  4. Add Oatmeal, then milk.

  5. Mix well.

  6. Spread batter into 9X9 pan.

  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

  8. Let cool slightly.
