A hearty breakfast for when you want a bit more than cereal and have a few minutes to make it.

Recipe Ingredients for Baked oatmeal w fruit

2 large Egg, Whole
3 cup dry Quick Quaker Oats
1/4 cup Butter
1 1/2 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
4 oz Unsweetened Applesauce
1 tsp Table Salt
24 tsp Domino Light Brown Sugar
2 tsp Baking Powder
2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
2 cup Peaches
2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for Baked oatmeal w fruit

Mix dry ingredients. Beat eggs, milk, melted butter, vanilla together. Add applesauce. Mix wet and dry ingredients together. Bake in greased 9 x 12 pan for about 30 min @ 350. Serve warm with sliced peaches or warm applesauce. Top with cream if you like.
