Low fat lower calorie version of Oatmeal that we make in Mexico

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Oatmeal with eggs

2 c. uncooked oats
1 1/2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1 c. lowfat milk
2 eggs
1 T melted butter
1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 t. vanilla extract
1 t. ground cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Baked Oatmeal with eggs

mix wet ingredients together well. Then add dry. Bake in sprayed baking dish to fit. Bake at 350 degrees until done.
