2 eggs, beaten
3 cups rolled oats
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup splenda
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 3/4 cup 1% milk
2 eggs
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups frozen blueberries
1 cup chopped pecans

Recipe Directions for Baked Oatmeal with blueberries

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Mix together liquid ingredients.

  3. Add dry ingredients.

  4. Pour mixture into a 9 x 13 pan that has been sprayed with oven spray.
