Recipe Ingredients for Baked Oatmeal with Blueberries

1/2 cup egg whites, egg beaters
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup applesauce, sugar free
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup splenda brown sugar
3 cups oatmeal
1 cup skim milk
4 2/5 ounces blueberries

Recipe Directions for Baked Oatmeal with Blueberries

  1. Mix all ingredients together well in a bowl. Optional can substitue raisins for blueberries

  2. Spread mixture in a 9x9 pan, lightly sprayed with nonstick spray

  3. Bake 30 minutes @ 350 degrees
