A combination of several baked oatmeal recipes, soft and nicely sized. Optional add ins: vanilla extract, cinnamon, coconut extract, maple extract.

Recipe Ingredients for Baked oatmeal bars

1 1/2 cups oats
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup raisins
2 egg whites
1 small banana
1/2 cup milk
2 1/2 tbsp non-fat dry milk

Recipe Directions for Baked oatmeal bars

  1. In a bowl, mix oats, salt, baking powder and raisins.

  2. Seperately, beat egg whites lightly, add mashed banana and milk, and add to dry ingredients, mixing well.

  3. Pour into a PAM-ed pan, sprinkle dry milk on top and bake for 25min at 350F
