Recipe Ingredients for baked oatmeal with banana

3 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1 serving skim milk Great Value nonfat instant Dry milk with vitamin A
2 large Egg, Whole
1/4 cup Mrs. Butterworth's Sugar Free Syrup
1/4 cup No Calorie Sweetener
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 medium banana

Recipe Directions for baked oatmeal with banana

Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare milk as directed. You will be using 1 cup of it prepared. Mush the banana. Put all the ingredients in a bowl & stir to combine. Press into a 9X13 pan & bake for 20-25 minutes. Cool, then slice into 6 pieces. Put each serving into a sandwich bag for easy, grab & go breakfasts later.
