Recipe Ingredients for Baked Oatmeal with Almond Milk

3 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup Splenda Brown sugar blend
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 cup Original Almond Breeze Unsweetened
2 eggs
1/4 cup butter
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c dried cranberries
1/2 c dried blueberries

Recipe Directions for Baked Oatmeal with Almond Milk

  1. Melt butter, add all wet ingredients

  2. mix in dry ingredients

  3. stir well and put in cake pan

  4. bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes until done.
