Recipe Ingredients for Baked oatmeal (4 points)

3 cups Old fashioned Quaker Oats
1 1/2 cup skim milk
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/6 cup dark brown sugar
3 tbsp butter
2 eggs

Recipe Directions for Baked oatmeal (4 points)

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Melt butter.

  3. Pour milk into large measuring cup, and combine all other wet ingredients in it. Mix well.

  4. Into a large bowl pour oats, combine dry ingredients.

  5. Pour wet ingredients into bowl of dry. Stir well. Let stand 3 minutes.

  6. Pour into an 8x13 glass baking pan, or there abouts. Cook for 40 minutes. Allow to cool. Sprinkle more brown sugar on top for the last 10 minutes, if desired.
