Recipe Ingredients for Baked oatmeal 2 without nuts and apple

3 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup splenda brown sugar blend
3 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup 2% milk
2 eggs
1/4 cup butter
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup craisins
1/2 cup dried blueberries

Recipe Directions for Baked oatmeal 2 without nuts and apple

  1. mix all ingredients in large bowl and mix well.

  2. spray cake pan with Pam.

  3. scrape ingredients into pan and bake in 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.

  4. Can be eaten with more Almond Milk or alone.
