Recipe Ingredients for Baked Noodle and Cottage Cheese Casserole

8 oz. pasta, cooked al denté
3/4 cup Cottage Cheese
1/4 cup 1% Milk
1 tbsp butter, melted
2 tbsp chives, chopped
1/2 tsp garlic, minced
1 Salt and pepper, to taste
1 pinch of Paprika

Recipe Directions for Baked Noodle and Cottage Cheese Casserole

Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook noodles al denté and cool to room temperature. Place the cooked noodles into a bowl and toss with 1/2 cup of cottage cheese, milk, melted butter, chives, and garlic. Season the mixture with salt and people to taste. Spray an 8? x 8? baking dish with nonstick cooking spray lightly on the bottom and sides. Place noodle mixture into dish and top with remaining cottage cheese, spreading evenly from end to end. Sprinkle paprika over top. Spray lightly with nonstick spray. Place in oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
