Empanada de pino al horno, typical Chilean dish.

Recipe Ingredients for Baked meat empanada

1 kg ground beef
4 big onions
4 tsp butter
20 olives
40 prunes
4 eggs
1 kg flour
200 g butter
500 g water
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Baked meat empanada

  1. Mix the fluor and butter with water until ready.

  2. Cut in triangles or similar.

  3. Cook the beef, cut the onions, slice the olives and eggs and mix. Add the prunes to the mix. This is the filling.

  4. Put the filling inside the fluor mix.

  5. Bake.
