Ooey gooey cheesy mac & cheese, So good!

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Macaroni and Cheese

7 serving ronzoni smart taste penne
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
40 grams All Purpose Flour
2 cup Fat Free Milk
9.1 oz Fat Free Cheddar
1 serving Morton Lite Salt, 1/4 t.
0.25 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Baked Macaroni and Cheese

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Farenheit.

  2. 2. Cook penne according to package directions. Drain in colander, then rinse under cold running water, drain.

  3. 3. Heat oil in large saucepan over medium heat. Add flour and cook, whisking constantly, 2 minutes. Gradually add milk , whisking until smooth. Increase heat to medium-high and bring to boil: boil 1 minutes.

  4. 4. Remove saucepan from heat: add 2 cups of Cheddar, the salt, and pepper, stirring until cheese is melted. Stir in pasta. Pour into shallow 2 quart baking dish. sprinkle with remaining 1/3 cup cheese. Bake until lightly browned and bubbly about 25 minutes for a 2 quart baking dish. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
