Super easy and delicious macaroni and cheese. It's good with hot dogs added to it as well.

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Macaroni and Cheese

8 oz elbow macaroni, cooked
16 ozs cheddar cheese, shredded
2 Eggs, large
1 1/2 c Milk
3/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 dash Paprika

Recipe Directions for Baked Macaroni and Cheese

  1. Recipe by: Southern Living

  2. Layer one third of macaroni in a lightly greased 2-quart baking dish; sprinkle with 1 1/2 cups cheese.

  3. Repeat layers once; top with remaining macaroni. Reserve remaining 1 cup cheese.

  4. Whisk together eggs and next 3 ingredients until blended; pour over macaroni.

  5. Bake covered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Uncover and sprinkle with remaining 1 cup cheese and paprika.

  6. Cover and let stand 10 minutes before serving.

  7. NOTE: The only thing I did different was when I added the final cup of cheese I put it back in the oven uncovered for about 10 minutes.
