Recipe Ingredients for Baked mac & cheese

10 3/4 oz. condensed cheddar cheese soup
5 oz. skim milk
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 cups uncooked rotini
1/4 cup bread crumbs
2 tablespoons butter
6 oz steamed broccoli

Recipe Directions for Baked mac & cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 400F

  2. Cook pasta

  3. Cook broccoli

  4. In casserole dish (I use 9x9), mix soup, milk, pepper, pasta & broccoli

  5. Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter (I actually use double what this calls for b/c I LOVE the crunchy top)

  6. Sprinkle over pasta mixture

  7. Bake at 400F for 20 min. or until hot.
