Recipe Ingredients for Baked Mac & Cheese w/Cauliflower

3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp flour
1 cup milk
1/2 cup grated parmesan
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz pork loin
8 oz whole wheat pasta
3 cups cauliflower

Recipe Directions for Baked Mac & Cheese w/Cauliflower

  1. Heat olive oil in large pan.

  2. Whisk in flour until thick.

  3. Whisk in milk until thick.

  4. Whisk in cheeses.

  5. Add cooked pork tenderloin sausage, cooked pasta, and steamed cauliflower to cheese sauce.

  6. Pour into small cake pan and bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
