Crispy Vegetable Spring Rolls,makes 4 big rolls, Add extra 15 cals to include Rice wrapper per roll. Also can add Chicken,crab,pork, prawns for variation to the recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Low Cal Low Fat Spring Rolls

2 cup of shredded white cabbage
1 cup of bean sprouts
1 Red Pepper
1 cup Shredded Carrot
2 Garlic Cloves
1 tbspn light soya sauce
30 g Sweet Chilli sauce

Recipe Directions for Baked Low Cal Low Fat Spring Rolls

  1. Slice or Shred all ingredients very finely and put into one bowl. Add 1-2 Tbspn of soya sauce and mix. Crush 2 garlic cloves and add to hot pan. (For lower fat&cal use no cal spray). Throw Bowl mixture into pan and saute.

  2. With your rice wrappers, submerge in a plate of water and place out onto chopping board.

  3. Place out 2-3 tbspns of the vegetable mixture onto the wrapper.

  4. Fold wrapper like a tortilla wrap and spray with no cal cooking spray.

  5. Place rolls into very hot preheated oven for 15-20 mins until crispy and golden.

  6. Eat with iceberg lettuce salad & leftover shredded carrots and sweet chilli sauce.
