This is a great casserole dish that goes well with meatloaf.

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Lima Beans

1 lb. Lima Beans, lrg
4 1/2 T Brown Sugar
10 3/4 oz. tomato Soup
5.37 oz. Water
1/2 t Dry Mustard
1 dash Pepper
3 small Onions
1 t Salt

Recipe Directions for Baked Lima Beans

  1. Soak beans overnight.

  2. Parboil, drain, add other ingredients.

  3. Place in baking dish and bake 3 hours at 350 degrees.
