Healthy way to have trout. Most of the butter ends up in the pan, so maybe the calorie count could be slightly less. But I'll go with this to be sure I'm not cheating.

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Lemon Trout

1 fruit without seeds Lemons
1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
2 fillet Trout, Mixed Species

Recipe Directions for Baked Lemon Trout

Heat oven to 400.Zest lemon & then slice it into thin slices. Place three slices inside the fish & put some of the zest inside as well. Salt fish inside and out. Add 1 tablespoon of the butter to the inside as well. Put remaining butter and zest on top of fish. Wrap the fish in aluminum foil and place in oven. Cook for about 20 minutes for a whole 1 lb. fish I counted the fish as two fillets, since I remove the fillets from the fish once it is baked. Cooking the fish this way highlights the fish's mild flavor and lets it shine and is a healthier option to frying. You don't have to add the butter, but it does improve the flavor.
