Recipe Ingredients for Baked Korean Chicken

2 pounds chicken (1 whole chicken cut up)
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon honey
6 green onions, chopped fine
3 cloves garlic, chopped fine
1 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Baked Korean Chicken

Cut up chicken, rinse. Can pull off skin if you desire. This will lower the fat levels in this recipe. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake in a glass dish for about 30 minutes. Turn meat over and bake another 30 minutes.
