A healthy fix for potato chip lovers. Use olive oil if you have it, I ran out and was forced to use vegetable oil.

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Kale Chips

2 cup, chopped Kale
1.5 tbsp Oil, Vegetable Corn, Salad Or Cooking
0.5 tsp Garlic Salt

Recipe Directions for Baked Kale Chips

  1. Preheat oven to 340 degrees

  2. With a knife, carefully remove leaves from the thick stem and tear into bite size pieces

  3. Wash kale thoroughly and dry in a salad spinner

  4. Drizzle oil and garlic salt over kale

  5. Place onto nonstick cookie sheet and bake until the edges are brown but not burnt for about 6-10 minutes
