100 grams Kale
1 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Baked Kale chips - plain

either buy prepacked or chip/shred kale into pieces and remove stems. In large bowl toss kale with oil and any seasonings eg garlic powder, shrimp seasoning, or just plain sea salt and black pepper. Bake at 176 degrees C for 20mins until edges are slightly browned and kale is crispy to touch. Serve in bowl or as a crushed addition to chinese duck and pancakes.
