This is a freezer meal that can be prepared in advance and quickly thawed, baked and served.

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Jambalaya

21 g Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
2 tbsp green onions, chopped
1/2 pound turkey kielbasa, sliced
1/2 pound cooked ham, diced
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
28 ounces tomatoes, crushed
14 1/2 ounce beef broth
1 1/2 cups uncooked regular long-grain rice

Recipe Directions for Baked Jambalaya

  1. Mix together in a large mixing bowl all ingredients except rice. Pour into a 1-gallon freezer bag, label and freeze.

  2. Thaw, add rice and put into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Cover and bake at 375 for 1 hour or until rice is done. Uncover and stir before serving.
