Recipe Ingredients for Baked Italian Chicken

24 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
4 oz Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
1 serving Bread Crumbs Italian Style
2 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese
1/4 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Pepper, Black
2 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Baked Italian Chicken

Cut each chicken breast lengthwise (3). Prepare the breading by combining bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Dip each cut breast into the milk and then into the bread crumb mixture. Place on a baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil over the pan of chicken. Place in a 350 degree preheated oven for 20-30 minutes.
