Recipe Ingredients for BAKED ITALIAN CHICKEN

2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. seasoned pepper
1 lb (4) skinless boneless chicken breast halves

Recipe Directions for BAKED ITALIAN CHICKEN

  1. Preheat oven to 375.

  2. Combine all ingredients in 13 x 9-inch baking dish except chicken. Add chicken; turn to coat. Bake 25 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
