Recipe Ingredients for Baked Italian Breaded Pork Chops

1/4 cup Progresso Italian Bread Crumbs
2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
1 tsp Sage
2 tbsp Light Mayonaise
1 Egg White
4 Pork Loin Chops, boneless
1 tbsp Flour, all-purpose
1 Nonstick Cooking Spray

Recipe Directions for Baked Italian Breaded Pork Chops

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray 12x8 inch (2 quart) baking dish or shallow pan with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. In a shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs, cheese and sage; mix well. In another shallow bowl, combine mayonaise and egg white; beat until smooth.

  3. Coat each pork chop with flour; dip each in mayonaise mixture, coating both sides. Coat both sides of chops with bread crumb mixture. Place in sprayed baking dish. Spray each chop lightly with cooking spray.

  4. Bake at 375 degrees F for 35-40 minutes or until pork is no longer pink in center.
