Recipe Ingredients for Baked Home Fries

2 teaspoon Olive Oil
1 Salt
1 Pepper
1/2 tsp. Garlic Salt
1/2 Russet Potato

Recipe Directions for Baked Home Fries

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  2. Wash potato, and then cut potato with skin in french fry style. Put in a small bowl, add 1 ? 2 tablespoon oil, mix and get the oil on the potato fries, then add salt, pepper, and garlic seasoning to your taste? Then toss.

  3. Lay on a mesh wire on baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for about 30 ? 45 minutes until golden brown? DO NOT OVER COOK. IF you do, they will be dry. Remove from oven and eat immediately.
