0.5 cup Bread Crumbs Plain
0.25 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese
2 tsp Salt, Table
0.5 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid

Recipe Directions for Baked Haddock

combine milk and salt; combine bread crumbs and parm cheese. Drench fish in milk, coat with bread crumbs. Put in 9x13 baking dish. Cook at 500 F for 12-13 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges
